This Dandy gentleman is Bertram and he is an Artist Bear created in 1995 in Dorset, England for Nobility Bears.
Bertram is a 38 cm / 15" fully jointed teddy bear. He has been sewn from a luxuriously dense and wavy, pale blonde mohair, with warm wool felt paws, glossy black eyes behind his gold rimmed glasses, with a smart hand stitched nose, with claws upon his paws to match. In finishing, he wears a flamboyant, pattern patchwork checked (red, white and peach), floppy bow.
