This year's Plumo Collection have all been named after renown scientists. Meet Newton as in Isaac, who discovered the laws of gravity, who has been lovingly designed, by Isabelle Lee with Charlotte Morris for Charlie Bears.
Newton is a 47 cm / 18.5", fully jointed character bear with panda vibes and a grizzly look. He has been sewn from a luxuriously dense and semi-fluffy, auburn-tipped, cocoa mid-pile plush, with a white-tipped cocoa for his paw coverings and a cream-tipped cocoa for his head, plus auburn and cream accents. Tactile faux suede, stitch padded and shaded soles / palms with velvety touch digit defined paws add interest, with endearing, white enhanced, glossy two-tone brown, safety eyes with a hand stitched cocoa nose. Both feature hand applied hand shading for charm and detail, whilst being part-bean filled results in a good weight and snugly, cuddly feel. To finish, He wears a plush neckerchief, featuring applique hearts, with a smooth reverse.

Bear Fact – This spectacular bear is also a 'Plumo' (trademarked to Charlie Bears), which means, he is a mix of plush, with a luxurious natural fabric, in this instance alpaca and mohair for his muzzle and inner ears.
