This fabulous gentleman is Frederic, as dapper and smart as can be, courtesy of the master teddy bear makers, Steiff.
Frederic is a 34 cm / 13.4", fully jointed teddy bear with a tip and tilt growler. He has been sewn from a luxuriously wavy, cream-tipped caramel mohair, with warm wool felt paws, emotive glossy black, safety eyes and a hand stitched nose and mouth in black, matching the hue of his crisp, satin bow tie (dapper), whilst his 'braces' are brown, featuring two white stripes outlined in black and 'fastened' with two wooden buttons (smart). Full of immense character and charm, adding to his inviting appeal.
Frederic of course wears his trademark 'button in the ear', confirming his authenticity and heritage.
