From 2005 we are very lucky to be able to offer to you, this beautiful side-to-Side Teddy Bear from the master artisans at Steiff.
Side-to-Side is a 35.5 cm / 14", fully jointed teddy bear that features a neck mechanism, operated by his tail, making him, just a little bit special. His mechanical, internal workings are based on those found in the early 1900's Steiff Bears. He has been sewn from a luxurious, curly blonde mohair, with warm beige, wool felt paws and is stuffed with excelsior (wood shavings). His gaze is almost wistful and enigmatic, with his glossy black eyes and hand stitched nose creating quite the endearing character. He answers you, how you would wish – just operate his tail for the twist or nod reaction associated with yes and no.
