This fabulously colourful 1925 Replica Harlequin Bear is the chosen Steiff Club Bear for 2000-2001.
Harlequin is 35cm / 13.5" and is fully jointed. He is quite the vibrant bear, with his luxuriously dense mid-pile mohair coat in a happy cherry red and a smart 'denim' blue, with sunny yellow wool felt paws, glossy two-tone safety eyes in blue (upon the red half of his face) and brown (upon the blue side of his face) and a hand stitched black nose completes his look. Around his neck is a navy blue satin ribbon with a round ceramic Steiff Club Pendant, Edition 2000 painted upon it.
This spectacular bear is a Steiff Club Exclusive for the year 2000 – 2001 (originally available exclusively to just members) and was only manufactured during the given year of production. He comes boxed with his numbered certificate of authenticity.
