A new design for the much loved British maker – Merrythought, is the enchanting Digby Dog, a wonderful vintage inspired piece.
Digby is 9" / 23cm tall and fully jointed. He has been sewn from a luxuriously soft, mohair duo, of pale gold and a multi-tonal grey, with a peach backing which prettily peeps through, with the same delicate shade, also being used for his warm, wool felt paw pads. He has emotive glossy black eyes, with a smart hand stitched nose, claws and a friendly canine smile. His lop-sided ears add much character, with the pricked up ear, firmly in place, plus a 'happy' raised puppy tail. Digby features beans in his tummy, for that must have squidgy soft appeal and to finish, the Merrythought logo/badge sewn upon his right paw, plus a decadent long tailed satin ribbon bow, in a pretty warm cream. The most pawfect canine companion!
