This fabulously, life-like Daffy Duck was designed for Warner Brothers by the ever popular German Maker – Steiff.
Daffy first arrived onto our screens in 1937 and since then this egotistical friend and foe (he cannot always make up his mind, due to his outrageous jealousies), has always bought a little something to his part, whether it is comedy or drama, life has never been dull for his counterparts, Bugs Bunny, Taz and Porky Pig if Daffys anywhere near!
Daffy Duck is 35cm tall with jointed arms. He has been sewn from a luxurious black mohair, with white for his characterful neck band. He has delightfully smooth legs and webbed feet, alongside his detailed beak, all in a mellow yellow hue, whilst wool felt, reminds us of the distinctive tufts upon his head. To finish, his large oval eyes have been embroidered into place … You're dethpicable! … just fantabulous!
