This confetti filled bubble balloon is the perfect gift and decoration for a baby shower, with a range of confetti colours to choose from. We fill the 20″ clear outer balloon and can even add a message to the outside. To complete the look we add four smaller balloons to the base, along with matching ribbons and a weight.
