Our personalised Bar Mitzvah balloon filled bubble balloon decoration is perfect for celebrating this significant occasion. Inside the 20″ clear outer balloon we inflate smaller balloons in a colour of your choice, and on the outside we add your very own personal message in your chosen font and colour.
