The colours in this bubble balloon reminded us of candyfloss, so that’s what we decided to call it! We inflate a 20″ outer balloon, then fill it with rose pink, mint green and clear stars mini balloons. On the outside we add your chosen wording in the selected font and colour, finishing with matching ribbons and a weight.
