It is used to highlight, emphasise and for freehand designs. You can also use it for extra detailing like eyes, nose and dots for that extra something. It is a good idea to get used to the flow of the paint from the bottle so have a practise first. Give the bottle a gentle squeeze – it is a little like icing a cake!.
