Meet Christopher, a lovely traditional bear handcrafted from 100% pure royal gold curly mohair. His olive green ultra-suede paw pads beautifully complement the warmth of his golden fur, while shiny black safety-locking eyes and a black woollen hand-embroidered nose give him a wonderfully characterful expression.
Christopher is five-way jointed with Canterbury Bears’ hand-stamped wooden joints and softly filled with recyclable materials. A small weighted bag in his tummy adds a lovely tactile feel.
Completing his classic appearance, Christopher wears a detachable pale blue ultra-suede coat, fully lined and finished with a button fastening and a Tana Lawn pocket hankie.
The royal gold curly mohair is Canterbury Bears’ traditional mohair, combining a rich golden colour with an excellent curl to create an exquisite bear. Like all of the fabrics used in Canterbury Bears’ bear making, this mohair is of the highest quality.
