Grey squirrels are native to North America, but have since been imported within Europe and the UK. The dwell in woodland and are primarily dependent upon the seeds of beech, walnut, hazel, oak and sweet chestnut. This beautiful Grey Squirrel, is named Peanut and is from the award winning, American, soft toy company, Bearington.
Peanut is an 8.5" / 21.5cm, soft toy squirrel. He has been sewn from two gorgeously soft, tipped pale-grey and white faux fur plush, with a magnificent, fluffy tan, grey and white tail, plus grey accents for his wee inner ears and stitch digit defined paws, with gleaming, black safety eyes emphasised with white surrounds, plus a wee stitched nose and minimal airbrush shading to shape and define his face, ears and paws. All of this and he been gently stuffed with premium, soft poly fill, whilst also being part-bean filled for that tactile, must-have, squidgy soft feel. Just gorgeous.
