One of a trio of gorgeous mixed mohair and thread bears, this charmer has been named after the Austrian composer, (Franz) Schubert 1797-1828, who left behind a vast completion of works. A delightfully, enchanting bear, lovingly designed by Isabelle Lee with Charlotte Morris for Charlie Bears.
Shubert is a 36 cm / 14", fully jointed, character bear. He has been sewn from two, luxuriously dense and wavy mixes of a dark auburn mohair interwoven with a cranberry cotton thread and a strawberry-blonde, interwoven with an auburn cotton thread, plus cotton accents for his flat soles (so he can pose freely standing), inner ears and padded palms, plus endearing white enhanced, glossy black eyes and a cute, hand stitched chestnut nose, upon his attractive, trimmed apricot face. Both areas have received delicately applied colour shading for definition and charm, whilst being part-bean filled, results in a good weight and that must-have, snugly, cuddly feel. To finish, a double bow of sheer, cranberry organza, with a decorative cog and key pendant.
