With the most woeful look and enchanting demeanour, it's Urchin, lovingly designed by Isabelle Lee with Charlotte Morris exclusively for Charlie Bears.
Urchin is a 34 cm/13.5" fully jointed bear. He has been sewn from a luxurious oatmeal mohair, interwoven with auburn and blonde threads, resulting in the full and shaggy coat you see before you, plus sumptuous cream alpaca for his inner ears and adorable face, not forgetting, a woven strip between his stitched defined digits and the padded tan soles of his wonderfully tactile, tickle toes! His enchanting face is home to expressive, white enhanced, glossy black eyes and the sweetest of hand stitched black noses, both have received delicate hand shading for shape, definition and personality, whilst a bean-filled lower half adds some weight and charm. To finish, a bakers boy hat, tailored waistcoat and cravat in linen, featuring colourful blue squares and contrasting, dark brown plush accents, topped off with flat wooden bead pendants. I have fallen hard for this one!!
