This wonderful Faithful Friend is by Sawley Fine Arts and a gorgeous forever companion, who was originally bought to his homeland of Switzerland, by the Romans over 2,000 years ago. A hardy, loyal and trainable breed, ensured his working popularity. Today they are better known for their good-natured personality and love of the outdoors. It's the Bernese Mountain Dog.
The Bernese is 30.5cm/12" head to tail measured along back, and part-filled with beans, for that comforting, cuddly appeal. He has been sewn from a mix of luxuriously dense and semi-fluffy plushes, in white, black and tan, with endearing two-tone brown eyes and a moulded nose, whilst delicately applied colour shading for his facial features adds definition and character, giving him his renown friendly demeanour.
Handmade using all new materials (100% polyester fibre). Hand surface wash only.
