This wonderful Faithful Friend is by Sawley Fine Arts and a glorious example of its kind, who is known for its size and having a wingspan, ranging from 5Ft 11" to 7Ft, although not the largest avian span, it is still rather majestic. I am referring to the Golden Eagle.
The Golden Eagle is 45cm/18"in size, and part-bean filled, for that comforting, cuddly appeal. He has been sewn from a luxuriously sleek, short-pile brown and black mottled plush, with fluffier long-pile accents emphasising his plush 'plumage', with smooth biscuit accents for his shaped beak and raptors, both of which have received delicate hand shading and painting for depth, detail and realism. In completing his 'wild' look, he has glossy, two-tone yellow safety eyes with liftable wings.
Handmade using all new materials (100% polyester fibre). Hand surface wash only.
