Now residing primarily in Japan, his name Sika, is a derivative from the Japanese word for deer. It's the dotty Sika Fawn depicted by the masters of realism, Hansa.
The Fawn is a L55 cm x W15 cm x H45 cm (21.6"x5.9"x17.7"), plush soft toy. He has been sewn from a mix of luxurious plush, to resemble the coat of his living counterpart. The fawn himself has a genuine, realistic form and has been sewn from a dense, auburn mid-pile, with random sized white spots, alongside a close-pile, auburn-tipped sand, with a semi-fluffy, warm cream underside and velvety-smooth accents. Whilst large, hooded, glossy two-tone brown safety eyes, with a detailed moulded nose create his face, with hand applied shading and painting bringing shape and definition, not only to his remarkable features, but his ears, hooves and torso too. All this and he is wonderfully soft and cuddly, with a delightfully tactile touch.
He will retain his standing pose due to internal supports.
