We fill the 20″ clear outer balloon with your chosen confetti inside and then add your own personalised message to the outside as a unique finishing touch to this decoration. To complete the look we add four smaller balloons to the base, along with matching ribbons and a weight, so the balloon is ready to float out of the box.
