Personalised 'Prom' Feather Bubble Balloon – Silver Feathers

Help pupils celebrate their prom with a bang with this fantastic feather-filled balloon, available in special ‘celebration’ colours or a choice of your own. Add a message to the outside of each to make it that extra little bit special. We inflate a 20″ spherical clear plastic balloon and then insert soft feathers. To finish we add four small balloons to the base of the balloon and add colour co-ordinated ribbons and weight. On average, our balloons have a float time of 2 – 4 weeks.
