PowerFlow Combi

The COX Powerflow Combi is a high-powered manual adhesive dispensing equipment capable of dispensing sealants and adhesives of low to high viscosity. It’s a manual multi-purpose barrel applicator that you can use with cartridges, sachets and bulk materials. The threaded nozzle adapter can accommodate a variety of nozzles. As a Switchable Pressure Relief Device (PRD), the Powerflow Combi eliminates material runoff and the anti-wear compensation device compensates for wear to eliminate trigger “lag”. It features an aluminium barrel with an anodised finish that accepts both cartridges and sachets and a cast aluminium handle with an epoxy coating for long-term comfort. How to use The first step is to remove the end cap by pressing the rear thumb release. Take hold of the end of the bar and pull it back. Then, insert the foil or cartridge as you hold the gun by the neck. The knot at the end of the foil should be cut off using side cutters. This is the most effective way to do this; using a knife will result in some mess. You can hold the gun between your knees if necessary. Attach the end cap to the gun with the nozzle inserted. Then, squeeze the trigger to apply pressure to the nozzle. The thumb lever on the gun can be pressed to release pressure. Upon reaching the end of the sausage, remove the end cap, being sure to avoid getting product on the threads.
