This popular pet is also known as the common parakeet and is more readily called by their nickname of budgie, it is the Budgerigar. This loveable version is a plush toy from Ravensden.
He has been sewn from a wonderfully soft and tactile, dense, mix of yellow and green plush, with a two-tone beak and shaped clawed feet, long tail 'feathers' and lifetable wings. In finishing, he has glossy, two-tone yellow safety eyes, along with minimal hand applied shading to shape and define his marvellous markings, whilst creating the illusion of plumage.
