The Sam Balmoral is an English pool table using 2” red and yellow balls as standard, with a one piece slate bed, available in 6ft and 7ft sizes.
The Balmoral is the ultimate in luxury and accuracy for the English pool player. It is finished in real wood veneers with solid wood turned legs.
The warm sophistication of the Balmoral’s mahogany cabinet belies its strength and the pinpoint accuracy of SAM’s ProActive cushion system. The aluminium extruded top rails hug the cushions along their entire length for maximum ball response and consistency.
This table was used in the Welsh Festival of Pool and the BAPTO National Finals. There are few tables of such high quality as this and the professionals recognise this. The Balmoral was also selected for use in the House of Commons pool tournament 2009 – even Members of Parliament choose the Balmoral!
The Champion element in the name refers to the fact that this version is made in freeplay, rather than as a coin operated table. This makes it ideal for the home or timed commercial playing environments.
