Since 2014, Steiff have released a single, Annual Christmas Bauble, that has proved to be exceptionally popular. For this year 2018, we offer to you their fifth instalment in the series. Welcome the daintily pretty, 'Sweet Candy Cane Mouse'.
Sweet Candy Cane is 8cm tall and non-jointed. She has been sewn from a luxurious white mohair, with matching wool felt paws, wispy tail and cupped ears. She has twinkling black eyes upon her precious face, with a sweet hand stitched red nose, which matches the hue of the satin ribbon bow upon her head and the stripe of her red and white candy cane, held firmly within her paws – delicious. Although contained within a hand blown, glass bauble, Sweet Candy Cane still wears her 'button in the ear'. The bauble features a gold-plated pewter end cap, designed as a crown featuring the word Steiff, where two slim satin ribbons reach up from, ready to be attached to any hook or branch for display.
