Back in 1909 Steiff created something a little different, to inspire the toy market with. The fun, giggle bringing Roly Poly's, that had a distinctive, rounded lower half that could rock side to side, whilst always returning to their upright position. In revisiting these glorious characters, Steiff have created their Spring, Roly Poly Bunny, following in the rolls of Snowy Owl.
Spring is an 18 cm / 7", character bunny, with a turn able head and moveable arms. She has been sewn from the finest, luxury mohair in pale apricot and white for bunny herself and a frosted green for her grassy lower half, decorated with delicately leaved, wool felt daisies. She has glossy black safety eyes, enhanced with black wool felt for that more endearing look and hand stitched features that have received minimal, hand shading bring appeal. With smooth inner ears, a sheer, apricot organza ribbon bow and a mirroring leaved daisy upon her head, she is the epitome of springtime.
With a nod to the vintage toys of yesteryear, Spring is a Worldwide Limited Edition of just 1,500 pieces and will come to you boxed, with her numbered certificate of authenticity.
