2022 celebrates the 120th Anniversary of the Teddy Bear and in celebrating, a wonderful family of just four bears, have been designed and created just for kids, featuring a special 'teddy fleece' fabric, who themselves have proclaimed, the celebration as 'The Year of the Teddy Bear'. Meet Papa the patriarch of the four who's great, great grandad was PB55, courtesy of the Master, German teddy bear makers, Steiff.
Papa is a 35.5 cm / 14", non-jointed teddy bear. He has been sewn from a warm to the touch, super-soft teddy bear fleece, in a textured light-coffee plush, with glossy black safety eyes and a matching, inverted triangle nose, above an embroidered friendly grin. A centre seam, chunky paws and adorable ears all add to his charms, whilst that must-have squidgy soft feel, for cuddles and snuggles is a must.
Papa proudly wears his Steiff button-in-ear label and is gentle machine washable at 30c.
This Steiff product conforms to European safety standards, holding the CE symbol.
