Inspired by the 'Christopher Robin' film by Disney, we introduce Steiff's fabulous rendition of the CGI character – Piglet.
The story begins with Christopher Robin living his mundane and not-so-happy-go-lucky adult life. He is no longer that boy who played blissfully in Hundred Acre Wood, but an over-worked family man struggling through life. As chance would have it, he is re-united with 'the gang' each looking rather the worse for wear, for they have aged, just as he, yet still hold inside all their fun and friendship. The magic starts to flow, taking Christopher Robin back to his carefree days. Proving there is still a child in all of us.
The adorable Piglet is a fully jointed character pig. He has been sewn from a luxurious, close matted-pile of pale pink mohair, with an aged mid-blue torso (for his jumper) featuring three buttons and a faded red, knit scarf. He has large ears, and a delicate pointed snout, plus glossy black safety eyes, with expressive, dainty embroidered eyebrows and wee mouth, all bringing this character to life. Utterly magical!
