This fabulous Children's Porcelain Tea Set was crafted by the German premium porcelain maker Reutters, exclusively for Steiff. The set consists of twelve miniature pieces and depicts a traditional 1909 Bear.

The teapot, cups, milk jug and sugar bowl are all decorated with a coloured image of Steiff's 1909 Bear, whilst the four saucers and teapot lid feature a simple, classic red lined rim, matching that of the bears resplendent red bow. Each piece is unchipped and unscratched.
The set comes in its original styrofoam, moulded packaging and is covered with a clear window and decorated cardboard sleeve. A round gold sticker on the front confirms it is a Steiff Limited Edition of 10,000 sets.
Please see all available images. Overtime the box has undergone some minimal storage damage, which we would expect of an item this age. It however does not distract from the charm of the tea set and the price reflects this.
